2/21/2011 By MaryAnn O. I went and saw Kathy at A Youthful Reflection last year when I was in town visiting family. My daughter had been there for hair removal and had amazing results. She doesn’t shave her legs anymore and only has a few very fine hairs that you have to really look for to be able to see. I wasn’t in town long enough to go through the hair removal treatments, although I wish I was! I decided to see if I could get rid of some of the acne scarring I had on my cheeks.
Kathy sat down with me and explained everything about the treatment including post treatment care. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable.
I went in for one treatment of laser skin resurfacing and was amazed to see a noticeable decrease. My skin is much smoother and actually glows. I have received many compliments. I can’t wait to be back in town and get another treatment.
This office knows what they are doing when it comes to hair removal and laser skin resurfacing!
12/23/2010 By Ruth T. Kathy has been doing my laser treatment for a few months now and I am almost done w/ the treatments. She does the treatment herself. I’ve had no problems at all. The staff is nice and vey accomodating. The first time I came in for a consultation, I was informed thoroughly of what to expect. The prices for the treatment are reasonable.It’s pay as you go so you are not forced to pre-pay for multiple treatments and be trapped if you’re not happy w/ the service. I’ve got my my upper lip, underarms, bikini area and legs done. Pain is very, very minimal. I’ve never had any reactions or sensitivity w/ the treatment. I think it’s fair to say that people should not expect that one treatment will make all the hair go away! Kathy knows what kind of setting is right for every customer. I’m very pleased that I was referred to this establishment and I will definitely refer people to this place.
12/03/2010 By Maria C. Ive been going to both Kathy and Todd for years. What a great experience. Todd is a great chiropractor while Kathy gets my skin and hair in tip top shape. I’m of mixed nationality and was concerned that my hair removal would be difficult. The procedure goes smoothly as you get the area cooled before the device goes over your skin. Kathy has done hair removal rom my face, underarms, legs and bikini area. Ive been to other places before and didn’t see any results however with Kathy I am pleasantly surprised that I don’t have to shave my legs or underarms anymore!! How awesome is that! As for my face and bikini area that’s still in progress and I will be in soon for more treatments.
Some hair is stubborn and Kathy lets you know that everyone is a little different. The prices are fair and the procedure isn’t painful. You feel a little zap, maybe a sting but the cold device numbs the area enough. For people with really sensitive skin you can always use lydacaine however I have eczema and I’m fine. All in all I love going because it is a friendly, family atmosphere that isn’t overpriced. I jokingly tell her that her device is doing such a good job that I’m running out of reasons to come in since soon I will be completely hairless.
12/12/2008 By Cole W. My wife and I both receive weekly massages from Grace at A Youthful Reflection. She is AWESOME! She’s very versatile and is able to tailor each session to my needs. Some weeks I just want to melt on the table and relax for an hour and a half. Other weeks I need for her to grind into my traps to loosen my back up. She has remarkable force when required and is very responsive to my non-verbal feedback.
I also see Dr. Bragg for hair removal on my shoulders (well, all right, my back). Dr. Bragg uses a machine called the Arctic Spot in conjunction with the IPL to minimize the pain. All lasers and IPLs hurt, but the Arctic Spot really takes the zing off of it. Pain scale: three out of ten.
I originally chose A Youthful Reflection because of price (I’m a guy/bargain hunter), but stuck around after the initial consultation with Dr. Bragg. She took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my off-the-wall hypothetical questions. She really knows what she is talking about and her calm confidence was relieving. She’s like a cool big sister, you can’t tell her anything that will shock her and whatever advice she gives is always right. I’ve had four treatments so far and have very little hair left on my shoulders (ahem, back). I pay as I go, and have no complaints at all.
BTW: Ron is also really good at massages, but my wife and I adore Grace.
01/25/2010 by D.J.R. I have known the Bragg’s for over a dozen years now. I was introduced to Dr. Todd by my now wife when he was still interning. I suffer from migraine and had a scorcher of a headache and he came to her apartment and adjusted me on-site after our consultation. I was AMAZED and in less than five minutes headache free.
I then saw him later for a sciatic nerve issue (dummy me sat on a wallet too long) and after a brief regimen of treatment and not sitting on said wallet no longer suffered that pain.
I continue to see him periodically when I am maladjusted and need to be “cracked”. I have nothing but great things to report about this practice, just ask me! 
The practice is truly a family affair with Kathy running the other aspects of the business and Kylie completing her home work in the front office. The massage therapists have been awesome and my hat is off to Ron for his acupressure technique.
If you are looking for a true professional with ultimate care for the patient, then Bragg Family Chiropractic is for you.
They also take insurance if yours is so inclined to offer chiropractic care coverage.
10/1/2008 By Leigh E. This place rules!Todd is attentive and open minded. He listens and works with his patients to find what will be most effective in helping them heal.
I used to have chronic, very painful headaches (migraine level). Since seeing Todd, I’ve gone from having 3-4 a week to 3-4 a year (and those happen because I put off going in for adjustments when I’m busy).
His office staff are all friendly and his wife, Kathy, offers a variety of services (hair removal, etc) in office as well. They have three massage therapists with varying techniques ranging from cranial sacral to deep tissue.

My husband switched chiropractors and decided to try out Dr. Bragg’s office. He is happy he did so. Not only did he find a great chiropractor but he found a practitioner that truly cares for his patients.
Dr. Bragg’s chiropractor gave him techniques that helped him recover from an injury he suffered during softball.
This is truly a great firm and they care about their patients which sets them apart. You’re not just a number. They are very professional and skilled. I highly recommend then. If you have a chiropractor you currently use and not happy DON”T hesitate to give then a try.
Oh by the way… They take our insurance so we don’t have to shell out money for each visit.
